As a small, independent business, we invest significant time and energy into crafting these unique experiences. Therefore, we are unable to provide refunds on reservation deposits. We kindly ask that you review our terms and conditions carefully, and feel free to contact us with any questions. We’re here to assist you.

Reservation deposit
A deposit of CHF 500 is required for retreats, to secure your spot in this unforgettable experience. Consider it a down payment on the magical journey ahead. Once we receive your deposit, your enrollment will be confirmed, and you’ll be all set to go. Please take a moment to read and agree to our terms and conditions before making your payment to ensure everything is clear. Please note that deposit payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Final Payment and Refund Policy for Retreats
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes unexpected circumstances arise. We aim to be as flexible as possible regarding cancellations and refunds. However, as the retreat date approaches, it becomes increasingly difficult to fill spots left by cancellations, and we want to ensure everyone has the opportunity to join. With this in mind, we’ve established the following policy for final payments and refunds. We kindly ask that you consider these terms as you plan your journey with us.
Retreat Payment Policy:
• A deposit of CHF 500 is required to secure your spot for the retreat. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• The final payment is due no later than four weeks before the retreat begins. This payment is also non-refundable.
• Should you need to cancel your reservation after making the final payment, we regret that we are unable to offer any refunds. Alternatively, you can transfer your spot to another person. This transfer will require an additional processing fee of CHF 500, in addition to the original CHF 500 deposit already paid.
Retreat cancellation
In the event that we must cancel the retreat for any reason, we will issue a full refund of all payments made, including the reservation deposit. Please be aware that we cannot cover any personal expenses, such as travel costs, visa fees, or work-related losses etc.
Insurance
We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance to safeguard your investment against unforeseen circumstances, such as unexpected illnesses, injuries, natural disasters, or other events that may prevent you from attending the retreat. This insurance can offer peace of mind and financial protection, potentially providing a refund or credit for your retreat fees. While our cancellation and refund policy is in effect, having this additional protection can offer extra security in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
